Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to WIZED, a virtual internship platform designed by K12 Activity Academy Pvt Ltd ("K12aa," "we," "us," or "our"). This Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for the use of WIZED and the process for requesting refunds.

1. Payment Terms:

By subscribing to WIZED or purchasing any of our services, you agree to pay the specified fees according to the chosen payment plan. You may choose from the available payment options and agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method.

2. Subscription Renewals:

Your subscription will be valid for 1 year. You will have to manually renew your subscription before it expires.

3. Payment Authorization:

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available to cover the fees.

4. Refund or Cancellation Policy:

WIZED subscription can be cancelled but amount is not refundable. However, to request a refund, you must submit your refund request to by email to support@k12activityacademy.com. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and if we find a valid reason for refund.

5. Refusal of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms. Specially when we find students sharing video links, disturbing classes, using foul language, being verbally abusive or any other behaviour that is not acceptable.

6. Taxes:

Applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges will be levied as per local government rules and regulations.

7. Changes to Payment and Refund Policy:

We may update or modify this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on the WIZED platform or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of WIZEDWIZED after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Payment and Refund Policy.
